ABOUT ME
I have served as an Artillery Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). I am an advocate in lifelong learning, with 10 years of experience in tactical leadership, managerial and training positions. During my tenure, I have spearheaded the development of training systems, policies, frameworks and the transformation of advanced courses.
I have achieved the Degree of Merit in the B.Sc in Human Factors in Safety with Military Studies, SST, SUSS. I also hold a Degree in M.A in Educational Management, NIE, NTU. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate Degree in Education with NIE, NTU. I also held various professional qualifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management, PMI, Masteries Practitioner, IAC and Certified Career Advisor, CPD.
